Palladium alloy Diffusion Cells
Johnson Matthey palladium alloy diffusion cells coupled with a control
system, achieves 99.9999999% purity hydrogen for use in the compound
semiconductor industry or applications where ultra high purity hydrogen is
required. Additionally, JM cells can be used as replacements in Johnson
Matthey HP Series units or other palladium alloy diffusion units.
Johnson Matthey’s compact, single cell design allows for easy installation
onto gas panels or into gas cabinets. Cell sizes range from flow rates of 1
slpm to 300 slpm. Custom engineered cells are available. |
